Picnic tables and chairs (in the field for sunny moments, under nice cover when not). Board games, movies, a wall of books, and local knowledge of the area."

"It was quiet, near events and shopping, but away from the summer traffic. Room was spacious and had a sofa in it. The shower and toilet were isolated from the sink. Bed was comfortable. All provided amenities worked well."
