"Our room was right next to the kitchen. We were woken up at 6am. No warning upon check it that it could be an issue. Not a pleasant stay at all."

Suggestion: Heavier cardboard style coffe cups to heat hot water in the microwave would be helpful instead of only having to use the plastic drinking water cups provided. The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet even if you have neighbors on either side and above you, but the best part? They over chlorinated the hot tub this time though so after a beautiful day of hiking we weren't able to stay in it because it burned our eyes! But overall it's not a bad place."

When we got back from the concert, many parking spaces were taken but there were still a number available, and that was close to 11 pm, so I'd say they have enough spaces in their lot.
