"Excellent potential the property has. small fixes can make it the best. Staff incredible . Room Service and condition of some of the chairs was disappointing and having no one answer your calls is unacceptable. There is no hot water provision in the room. the best part was the excellent staff who did everything to make it up, they waived certain fees as well as offered free breakfast (brilliant) . though the smoke from controlled fires from the city which was not their fault made breathing in...

"Room was good but some deep cleaning is due. Splatters on the vinyl box spring, some surfaces need to be wiped down. The housekeeper can’t be expected to do that along with their regular cleaning. Desk clerk pleasant! Breakfast was good! "

"My first Best Westen stay and I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I absolutely adored the Alpacas and the breakfast was great! When I first attempted to check in, I did encounter an employee (Jo) who made me feel very unwelcome and inconvenienced when I asked if it was possible to accommodate an early check in.
