"The hotel was well positioned nearby plenty of restaurants/bars, ferry station and even full blown grocery store. Also an incredible breakfast at a great value (thank you Ms. Finland for the special order of watermelon). However, what most impressed me was the quality of service/attention demonstrated by every staff member I interacted with. This is a 4-star hotel operated a 6-star staff. I will definetley recommend to friends and family when visiting. Thank you!!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location. Loads of bars, shops and restaurants nearby, beautiful harbour view from some rooms, and very close to many buses and ferries to Valletta. The hotel is new, and has great amenities, particularly great shower and is very clean. The best thing about the hotel though is the staff. I stayed nearly 2 weeks there and felt like some of them were old friends by the time i left. Particular mentions go to Naran who cleaned my room so well, to Niko on reception, always smiling and helpful, and Patricia the manager who not only sorted out a small problem with my initial room which was caused by a lack of clear description of the room by Expedia, but she also remembered it was my birthday mid stay, and even had a happy birthday balloon on my bed when i returned in the evening. Such a lovely touch. Thanks to all there. Top marks to everyone. "

"From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. Check-in was smooth, and although we were initially given a first floor room, the staff happily moved us to a fifth floor room with a balcony, no hassle at all. The rooms were very comfortable, but the real standout was the staff, super friendly, helpful, and truly fantastic, thank you to you all. Having access to the pool across the road was a great bonus and made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a stay in Malta who doesn’t want to be in the heart of Valetta old town. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel the staff were Fantastic in every aspect the breakfast was beautiful and the lovley chef cooked me an omelette every morning and it was beautiful. Prakash was just perfect making sure everyones needs was catered for he was a very lovley gentleman. The rooms amazing but on saying that everywhere was amazing from you opening the door till you left. What a gem of a find if ever I come to Malta again I'm 100% certain I'd try and get in here thank you for making it an amazing stay "

"Bed and pillows were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent, loved the fresh orange juice. We used the heated pool across the street even though it is the middle of November. Location is convenient to the ferry to cross to Valetta and the airport bus stop is just a short walk away. The only down side is that you can hear a lot of traffic and music if you have a sea view room. "
