"First the property was like the walls were made of paper. I did not realize there would be very loud party music playing until 4:00 am every day. The first two nights of our stay it was impossible to sleep. The third night we changed rooms and it was much quieter. The second issue was the pool. We booked based on the lovely pool in the picture, but when we tried to use it, were told that we needed a pool card, when we enquired about it there was a $20.00 euro a day fee for the use.

"I liked the pool and that would be it. Hotel was not that great. AC in one room didn’t work and other one would turn off at night. Very loud street and bright light on the balcony that you can’t turn off. Breakfast was everyday the same and not the best quality. Grey hard boiled eggs and weird tasting scrambled eggs. Only pastries were good. Baby crib was horrible like there was not mattress in it. Would not stay there again"

"Room was clean, breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Swimming pool was great with very attentive staff There was a constant damp/sewer smell in the main lobby and also in our room. Shower head was spraying water in all directions and when the shower was on the bathroom smelt of the same damp/ sewerage smell. Asked booking in receptionist if we could be booked in near the party we were travelling with and were given a room at the opposite end of the hotel without even telling us there...
