"Everything about the Ritz was nice. The staff are the best part of resort. Friendly and eager to help out. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the bathrooms around the resort...With the exception of the bathroom at Alora, none of them are airconditioned. Without air-conditioning, it get hits real hot, and the smell isnt pleasant either. "

During our stay, the power went out due to the hurricane, but the hotel had a generator, so everything continued running without issue. That gave us a lot of peace of mind. "We anxiously awaited our stay at Point Pleasant, and it was everything we had hoped. The views were amazing, our villa was cozy. The staff was attentive and helpful. We ate several meals at Sun & Sea Bar and Grill and it was always delicious. There are several great beaches only a short drive away. We hope to return again! "

"We had a lovely stay! You have to be ready for somewhat rugged conditions as it's open air - think "glamping" - in the treehouse accommodations and so you are with the elements and animals somewhat. (We had a cute frog in our shower!) But we loved it! Would definitely stay again as we felt away from it all and able to fully relax. "
