"Stayed here for the Tyler Childers concert at Golden 1 Center. Delta king Hotel is great! It was fun to stay on a real boat in a boat cabin. Small and quaint, but a good time. Bathroom was clean. And even my husband said the bed was comfortable, that means a lot! Valet parking only but is was worth it as we were in Old Town Sac and 8 minute walk to the concert venue, even for this 63 yr old lady. The boat restaurant was charming except it was hot in there. Food looked good, will return to eat...

"Hotel is new and clean.
Staff is friendly and welcoming.
Room was a bit pricey for off season
Tip. Careful walking around at night but I guess that is like that for most big cities and certainly not the hotel’s fault. ."

"There is no customer self parking. There are public garages very close by. The staff is very friendly. The outside grounds are questionable at times due to it being a prime spot for homeless to sleep, so often there was a lot of trash. Housekeeping needs work. The rooms are not that clean, esp the showers. The rooms need deep cleaning such as showers to be scrubed, dusting esp behind appliances, furniture, curtains, etc. The hotel is never 100% occupied so there is no excuse for rooms to not be...
