"One night, no sleep, and no one willing to help We booked a single night at this property while driving back from a beach vacation, roughly nine hours on the road, with the plan to rest and continue our trip in the morning. That rest never happened. A group of children (around 30 of them) gathered outside, in front of the reception desk, and shouted and screamed from around 9 pm until at least 11 pm. I cannot say exactly when it stopped, because I eventually had to take a night pill to fall...

"I ended up being put in a secondary property. It was nice enough. There was no wifi or blinds which made it difficult to sleep. I also found it very difficult to communicate with the host. They told me there was wifi and didn't respond for the next 4 days after. Apartment itself with a few touches is great and the price was reasonable to. Might have just been a misunderstanding but they wanted to charge me for an extra day which I didn't appreciate given the above."

They overengineered a simple letter box key pick up, demanded my WhatsApp to communicate off the Hotels.com application, and then left me sitting in the lobby for over 45 minutes on an evening arrival after a long journey. Had to ask for an apology before any was offered. When they realized, they called the receptionist, who gave me the key instructions from an unlocked letterbox. Why the over complex check in process...

"Wir haben diese „exklusive“ Wohnung im Stadtzentrum für 8 Nächte (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) gebucht. Da wir den Eindruck hatten, dass mehrere solcher Wohnungen professionell betrieben werden, haben wir uns bewusst gegen ein Hotel entschieden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und definitiv der größte Vorteil der Unterkunft. Leider entsprach die Wohnung nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Reinigung war nur oberflächlich, Stuhlauflagen fleckig und das Sofa staubig und dunkel, sodass Sauberkeit schwer zu...
