"Location, parking and communication was great. Just one thing for the price and a nice location the room should be cleaner."

"Strongly not recommended Terrible service and a clear violation of Serbian law. we had to fight for the most basic comforts, and received only rudeness. The biggest issue – Beli Karton (White Card) According to Article 111 of the Law on Foreigners of the Republic of Serbia, the host is obliged to register foreign guests within 24 hours of arrival. The owner took photos of our passports and then completely ignored the matter. When we politely reminded her in the chat, she became openly...

"L'accueil très chaleureux, très professionnel. Les appartements très confortables et très bien placé à proximité de centre historique de Belgrade. Je recommande."

"Beautiful property. Perfect location and host was very accommodating."

They overengineered a simple letter box key pick up, demanded my WhatsApp to communicate off the Hotels.com application, and then left me sitting in the lobby for over 45 minutes on an evening arrival after a long journey. Had to ask for an apology before any was offered. When they realized, they called the receptionist, who gave me the key instructions from an unlocked letterbox. Why the over complex check in process...
