"The Artyzen is absolutely stunning, inside and out. Staff is always available to answer any questions. The service car is helpful but can get quiet popular so we often chose to walk to our location rather than wait the 20 mins. During one of the nights we found a cockroach in our bathroom on the 20th floor. Staff at reception was notified and she apologized."

"The rooms were clean. Good view. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was very good! We love the variety of dishes offered. We walked around the place and loved the greeneries. Lush green! The pool was big. The splash pad is something we might try when we bring our grandchildren. Our luggage was brought to the room in a timely manner. The rooms were already ready for us. We were greeted at the parking drop off by wonderful staff. Overall, great experience. Will come back!!"
