"The Artyzen is absolutely stunning, inside and out. Staff is always available to answer any questions. The service car is helpful but can get quiet popular so we often chose to walk to our location rather than wait the 20 mins. During one of the nights we found a cockroach in our bathroom on the 20th floor. Staff at reception was notified and she apologized."

"Every single staff member in the hotel were super helpful and friendly.
Restaurant for breakfast was brilliant! Different stuff everyday and food was very good.
In Room Dining with 24hr access is nice as well as the Club Lounge! Pools are nice and clean. They give a mean massage! All my knots are non existent thanks to May Li!
