"Loved the stay, loved the room and my tav was the coffee shop in the hotel lobby "

"The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room? "No, I can't do that." I asked him to give me his name, he said: Preston, and when I asked for his last name he left upset and refused to give it to me. Breakfast was okay. Entertainment (TV and options) wasn't good at all. I don't recommend this hotel. If I could I'd ask for a refund. "

"Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again."

"The breakfast menu was somewhat limited, but the essentials were available. We had an issue in one room with bugs, however they moved us to a room. However the next day they called us to say they needed us to move to a third room which they had not said anything and were difficult to deal with for a mistake they made, appeared to have double booked rooms. We finally resolved and did not have to move because we were not on site, however they were not the most helpful with this issue."

"The heat and air conditioning worked well as did the refrigerator and microwave and all the lights. The parking lot is well lit and the bed was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is functional, but is looking a bit worn. Overall a great value for the money. We have stayed there four times in four years as we attend a yearly event. Our room was quiet and comfortable, we plan to return again next year."
