The tv in my room was not working so I called up the receptionist in the afternoon, and when I came back at night I called them up again and they said there was no technician available. When I asked for the managers number they said he will call me back but I haven’t received any call as of now. Very poor and disappointing customer service, wouldn’t recommend any one to stay here."

"Happen to be out of my room during check out time, cleaning service decided to choose which my belongings to throw away and mention the room smelled like it had been smoked in, when there was no smoking of any kind. So they also kept the deposit. All of this happening and I dont revieve a phone call?
