We were traveling with our dogs, who were also treated like royalty. Also - the rooms SMELL AMAZING. To the point, that I'd love to know what they use. Great, central Richmond location. The staff members at the front desk were very cordial and accommodating. There are enough food options inside and outside (nearby) hotel. We booked the hotel via Expedia; and didn't expect that the hotel charge additional fee for parking in the garage daily. "
