"The front desk staff were great and the person running the morning coffee shop was efficient and nice. We had a little trouble getting food ordered for pick up to bring to room, it was a busy night there with a performer, so best to plan ahead before you are starving."

"Hotel was above average, but the hotel staff was not as helpful. Many times the desk was unmanned. The breakfast had the bare minimum and we constantly had to ask for coffee to be refilled. The pool was closed, so we could not use it. The hotel was quiet and our stay was fine. We would stay here again for a night, but only very short term, since there are better options for the same price range."

"Hello, I've stayed at this hotel in 2023 & 2024; as overnight rider for Seattle to Portland (STP) event. Did the same this past weekend for the 2026 edition of the event. In 2023 & 2024, food & drinks at dinner were significantly better than this year, both in variety and quality.
