"The photos and price fooled me. It's basically an overpriced roadside motel next to a bar and not a very nice or quiet area. Very loud traffic from rt 9. When i turned over the comfortor on the bed the underside looked so worn and dirty that i left. It would be passable if they charged $75 a night. It's not what you would expect for $115."

"We just left a 5 star hotel in Washington DC and came to the Doubletree (to visit family), and I can honestly say the Doubletree was much better! We got a rollaway cot brought in which was more comfortable than most beds. The comforters were high-end and not the typical thin ones you get at other hotels. The room and bathroom were large, comfortable and well designed. The staff were wonderful. I literally cannot critique a single thing!"

"This place is terrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever been to. I got bitten by bed bugs that were laying in worth of five minutes. The place was really dirty and made me itchy. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. Hornets nest in the stairway. You don’t even get your money’s worth. Don’t come here ever!"

"Amazing staff. Super kind and helpful. We had a small issue with a neighbor who was hard of hearing and shouting to communicate, but front desk moved us to a new right away. The pool was nice and warm and the area was clean. Breakfast was really good. The area was super clean. Our room could have been vacuumed better but that was the only complaint. It was a quick 20 minute drive to Point Pleasant. I definitely plan to stay here again when visiting Point Pleasant! "

"The floor in the room was dirty and one of the bedside lights had been ripped off the wall and not replaced. Most of the people staying seemed to be long term. The grounds were dirty and the buildings in poor shape Not worth calling it a motel stay away and remove it from Expedia so so other poor soul doesn’t go there"
