"The most important thing is that twice, when i enter the code to get in the hotel nobody unlock the door. So at 4 am, when i went outside for my dog i was stuck outside. After a couple a minute a client pass by and open me the door. Its super dangerous.
And at 8, when I left, i took the dog in the car with some luggages, and when I wanted to go back in to pick a luggage left in my room and do the check out nobody unlock the door again. "
