"Reception was non-existent. I waited for almost an hour and tried to contact all the given numbers listed on the front door but none of them were on WhatsApp or able to call with data. I then proceeded to go the hotel next door (Hotel Premiere Classe Rouen) to seek their assistance. Finally, got the code for the safe which kept the room cards. Based on booking, it was supposed to the smaller building, but room allocated was the building opposite. No other follow ups. I was not even given wifi...

"Des hôtes fumaient dans leur chambre et couloir ca sentait jusqu'à dans notre chambre. Un micro-onde au premier étage est mis à disposition. Une utilisation jusqu'au petit matin pour certains gênant l'établissement en riant et parlant très fort. Une odeur, dès l'entrée de l'hôtel d'encens mélangé à de la friture émane et c'est franchement désagréable. Sinon propreté dans la chambre, bonne literie et personnel agréable et souriant. Petit déjeuner très basique mais cohérent avec un hôtel 1ère...

"

"Our check-in was fast and staff were friendly. The room was clean and quiet. We did not try the breakfast (too pricey) so walked to a nearby cafe instead. Location was great - walkable to the train station, restaurants, shops and downtown sights. The only disappointing thing was that the room only had a kettle and instant coffee packages and, unlike most hotels, they did not offer free coffee in the lobby area. For the nightly rate we expected to be offered a complimentary morning coffee."

"The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious but had no USB connectors and very few outlets and were hard to reach. Hotel is a bit outdated but there is nothing else that compares in the area. Spa with sauna and steam and huge pool is wonderful. Very strange bar area in red and black sort of a shame it is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Hotel is in a perfect area for shopping and exploring. Breakfast buffet was okay but hot food was not good. Food in bar and dinner...

"Chambre très agréable, literie confortable, parking souterrain payant. Seul bémoll, le petit-déjeuner ; la baguette est du surgelé de mauvaise qualité, tout comme les mini-crêpes. Dommage aussi que la pâte à tartiner soit du Nutella, bourré d'huile de palme, alors qu'il existe beaucoup d'alternatives."

"This was a great place to stay in Rouen. Right across the street from the Seine. Easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and bars. The gym and pool were well kept up. I wished I had brought my swimsuit. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was great."
