"After reading some negative reviews prior to booking we were nervous but I am pleased to say the hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful and we had a pleasant stay and would definitely book here again. Also its just a 15 minute walk to Disney Village and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service along with a paid bus service which stops right outside the hotel and costs €2.50 per person should you miss the shuttle bus and Ubers are also readily available at...

"Das Hotel ist eher so im Hostel Style. In der Lobby sind viele Spielattraktionen für Kinder vorhanden, die tatsächlich auch nicht teuer sind. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Perfekt ist auch der kostenlose Shuttelbus, der alle 10-15 Minuten ins Disneyland fährt. Fahrzeiten waren nie länger als 10 Minuten. Für die Erwachsenen gibt es auch eine Hotelbar, welche eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und Snacks hat. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das Frühstück. Sehr einseitig und relativ wenig...

"When we arrived they hadn't got a room for us despite reservation, however they did sort this for us but it wasn't the type of room we booked. Convenient for Disney and we loved the pool for the kids. The rooms are run down but practical"

"Sono partita credendo di rimanere molto delusa e trovare vari problemi..in quanto la comunicazione con la struttura, anche tramite expedia, è stata molto scarsa e deludente.. invece, una volta arrivati lì ci siamo trovati bene.. tanti aspetti da migliorare..ma tutto sommato tutto bene..personale abbastanza disponibile..posizione ottima per Disneyland..quartiere bellissimo e ben servito..e non male per arrivare a parigi. Then they closed the reception desk an hour before closing time and left us stranded, with no response to our calls, emails, or anything else. They have ruined our trip. We wasted the entire day urgently searching for a new hotel."

"We stayed during a heat wave and the air-conditioning and ice machines couldn't cope. Apparently it is being renovated which it needs. Our bathroom plugs didn't plug, the bathroom door didn't fully close . However, we weren't visiting to stay in a hotel so none of this really mattered. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We couldn't book a reservation for food but it was not an issue as we ate at the parks. For what you need, its fine."
