"I really loved my stay at the Moxy. The room was small but super clean and well designed. The view was excellent and the room super quiet. The bathroom was well equipped and the hot water was plentiful. The 12th floor had a spectacular swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Worth every penny."

"A tall thin russian speaking door man, stopped me as I came back into the hotel after the hockey game I walked through the doors and was going straight to the elevators he rudely demanded to know if I "lived in the building" I nicely stated I was staying at the hotel this was the last of my three nights. He demanded to see my room key etc.. I have stayed here often, maybe 12 nights in all, and have never ever encountered anyone on their staff like this. Reception did nothing either? "

"Excellent hotel! The whole hotel was very clean and tidy and smelt lovely. The room was very nice - large room, bed very comfortable and a good shower. There's a pillow menu to choose your pillow and you can even order a sleep mask from reception. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice, ranging from several egg dishes, sweet options like pancakes and waffles and healthier options like granola and smoothy bowls. The hotel is also in a great location, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops...

"Housekeeping done very late in the day. Had to request for them to clean our room."

"Unfortunately to our surprise we were informed upon arrival that the pool and gym were closed and under construction. We didn’t get any notice before our arrival and although the staff tried to offer us a day at another hotels spa it didn’t even compare and ended up being a waste of time and money. We had to pay to uber across the city. Plus it was only sauna rooms and a shower not a pool and we weren’t even informed of that before hand. The staff also informed us that it’s not their fault...
