"The heater was great, I live in Southern California and very cold sensitve. This is a great hotel easy accessible to everything. By car to Luxembourg is 20 minutes. Park on Limpertsberg and take the free tram everywhere. The staff is very nice and its very very clean. I have nothing but nice things to say about this hotel. "Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff welcoming and accomodating to our requests . Breakfast was good and my feeling is that the dinner menu choice was not as good as previous years. I would still stay again "

"Het was 23 min met de bus van het centrum van Luxemburg. Hotel was heel modern en netjes. Wij verbleven in een cozy room wat lekker knus was. Miste alleen koffie en thee. De Gridx was een leuk complex. Je kon er eten en genieten van een drankje."

"Arrivé on nous donne une chambre qui n’est pas faite. Le personnel sympathique nous donne une autre chambre mais où rien n’est branché (télévision, chauffage…), odeur d égout, le carrelage au sol est tout cassé, cheveux dans la salle de bain et dans les draps plus des draps et matelas tachés. Les points positifs sont le personnel serviable et le petit déjeuner qui est très bon, mais les chambre aïe."

"I got it for the pool and once again- Expedia didnt mention that it was extra and part of a spa package that we didnt have time to use. It looked amazing and they had a surfing pool- super awesome to watch. Restaurant was good. Room was odd with the toilet room opposite the rest of the bathroom with no sink so all night I am wandering in thr dark from one end of the room to the other to find the bathroom and then find the sink. "I think this is a new hotel surrounded by offices. However it’s close to a mall, for shopping and dining. The hotel also does breakfast and have a decent bar. There is a tram that gets here directly from the airport, so don’t mess around with buses and taxis. They provide early check in if available, but starting at €30 before noon and then €20 afterward (could be wrong). Good value if you ask me. "Well designed hotel with reasonably sized rooms. Staff is excellent, very clean rooms and hotel. Good amenities in room including free drinks in mini bar. Breakfast is good. No complaints!"
