"What a spectacular place to stay! Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The attention to detail was impressive, and the entire property had such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. "Will definitely be booking again when I go back to Quebec city"

"Wifi Internet did not work. Breakfast is very poor"

"Disappointing experience and customer service. Within approximately 20 minutes of checking into our room, we noticed a bug on the bed that, based on our observation, resembled a bed bug. We were immediately concerned and decided that we were not comfortable staying at the hotel. We left the room and informed the front desk that we did not feel comfortable remaining at the property given what we had found. We had to wait until the following day to speak with the hotel manager regarding a refund....

"Total lack of staff was a little disconcerting. It is nice to have an actual person instead of having to rely on the telephone to get information or assistance."

"A receptionist at the place would have been great"

"Le personnel est vraiment courtois. Le site est bien situé, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables (photos représentatives). Le spa offre tous les services et soins désirés, et le personnel est vraiment compétent. Nous souhaitons revenir dans le futur !"

"Great location for our interests and activities. The staff was accommodating when we needed assistance and they were helpful when we requested recommendations."

"Great place to stay. We walked the Old City from this hotel. Was vey nice and we had a comfortable stay. I would stay here again."

"L’emplacement"

"Awesome little hotel in the heart of old Quebec. Great restaurants within walking distance. Good sized room with a lovely upgraded bathroom. Would definitely stay there again."

"everything was OK"

"The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for the stay. We only stayed for one night, but with the amenities, a multi night stay would work well here. The unit is new and there is still construction on the ground floor, but it was easy to access the apartment with the instructions given. I was a bit concerned about parking as it is not included with the unit. There is, however, a lot of street parking available just across the street for overnight parking."

"This hotel is located amazingly well! It’s within 15 min walk from pretty much every thing. The service is friendly and welcoming ! However this is an extremely busy hotel with conventions constantly on so much so sometimes the elevators have lines waiting."
