"So originally when we got there, our blanket and sheet was stained there were also ants in the bathroom, so I immediately complained to the front desk where they were super helpful and upgraded us to a better room that was much better cleaned and maintained. We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi suites so I was just going in with higher expectations. If you’re going to stay here just thoroughly inspect your room and if any issues the staff will be happy to help with any issues."

"The room was quite small, and we were expecting a lot more space according to what we reserved. Room shown on Expedia was a spacious room, with sitting area(sofa). However there was only a small chair and table. The shower had body lotion instead of body wash. This was fixed right away. Housekeeping was very good, and always left fresh towels. The breakfast room was also very tiny (cramped) and offered limited choices, but what was offered was very tasty. We stayed 4 nights. We would...

"This was a quick stopover for us before catching an early morning flight. The room was very nice. King bed tons of room, a very comfortable space. The bathroom was tiny, with the sink located in the bedroom, while not my preference, it was still functional and had a large counter space. Would absolutely stay here again. Food in the restaurant was very good."

"I have never stayed at a hotel that the beds sunk in or if you slept on one side the mattresses raised... i switched to two other rooms and same thing... i never leave comments... but this was so disappointing... i noticed in both washrooms the showers were filthy the counter and shelfs had stains ...the rugs were not vacuumed...yet i dont understand the high ratings!!"
