"It was fine"

"The staff was nice and the service was good they brought us extra toiletries and towels without us asking because they saw how many of us were there, just the condition of the property itself does not warrant it a 4 star hotel. We found ants in our room, the ice machine was not working on our floor it was only working on 2 floors in the entire building, the elevator on one side was stuck didn't bother trying to use it for the time that we were there. The lobby looks like 4 stars but the room...

"Overall we were very happy with our stay a d would return. There is no elevator for rooms on the second floor, but the kind gentleman at the front desk helped carry our luggage up to our room. Breakfast had a nuce selection with waffles, bagels, various cereals, toast, yogurt, juice, and eggs and sausage. Also 24 hr coffee and tea. The young man working the breakfast room kept everything well stocked."

"Shuttle did not show up. Waited over an hour. I called twice ( apparently it was on the way). Very poor service. Hotel is run down, but staff friendly, room clean, bed /pillows very comfortable It's near the airport. The breakfast was fair"
