"The location was very central. The room was well equipped including double sinks, large shower, desk, fridge, coffee machine, lots of hangers, iron etc. The room had a couple oddities; the toilet (with no sink) and the bathroom (sink and shower) were on opposite sides of the room, so handwashing was awkward, the TV instructions were in Spanish, the distance between the bed and windows was tight. "Nice Hotel! Fairly close to downtown and close to History. We went to a concert at History and this was the closest hotel. We loved the Rooftop restaurant and enjoyed the view, food and service. The room was clean and had a nice updated bathroom. The bed was so comfortable. Convenient location with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is a Green P parking lot right across the street. It was about $30 for overnight parking. I would stay here again. "

"We had a great experience at this property.From the time we arrived until we left.The front desk people were fantastic.We arrived a little early coming from Niagara with our little man .We ask for them to keep our bags until we return from Toronto.To our surprise our room was ready! Thank you ! We walked in to a nice and clean room.Nicely decorated with a nice view .We didn’t have time to eat breakfast.But we went for the complementary drink and snacks all great at the restaurant .Always before...
