"The rooms were exceptionally clean. Staff at front desk were very attentive. Drivers of shuttle were all courteous and helpful in the discharge of duties. Breakfast was always available in the time period they specified. On occasions, dependinging on who was working, some items were not replenished as quickly, but over all, there was plenty of food to go around. Air conditioning was excellent and kept the room at the appropriate temperature. About the only thing I think that was needed is an upgrade of charging ports in the rooms and TV is very basic. That apart everything was excellent."
"I was pleasantly surprised by the Hilton Garden Inn Halifax Airport. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant were excellent (food and service). Staff was super friendly and helpful - processed an easy late checkout and shuttle to the airport for my family's late flight."
"Extremely convenient location right in Halifax airport terminal, with a pedway linking to check-in area. Especially for early morning flights.
Very accessible parking as well.
The hotel has elegant decor and qualified staff.
Keep it up !"
"Beautiful location, very friendly and helpful staff. Lyn, at the front desk helped me with my luggage and even set the tv up for me so I wouldn’t miss the World Cup.
Delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.
I highly recommend this hotel."
"We stayed in Room 7, a big beautiful room with a comfy King bed. There were two luggage racks and a rack on the wall for our hanging clothes. We had a view. The bathroom is also beautiful and large, well appointed with towels, robes, soaps, even bath salts. The tub was sparkling clean and new looking. The house is a large Victorian, fully renovated with modern appointments, like matching hardware throughout. Decorated in a warm, comfortable, beautiful style with every detail in sync. There were several common rooms where we sat and chatted with other guests. There was an open kitchenette outside our room with coffee, snacks, and a full fridge for our leftovers. We didn't take advantage of the saunas or the waffle robes, but it was nice to see them available. Breakfast was baked oatmeal with spiced yogurt, fruit and granola on top. Fresh baked bread, with butter and jam, too. The coffee was good."
