"Pros: -Location: We could walk/take ride-sharing or buses to everywhere we wanted to go -Incredibly clean and new -Super Friendly staff -Bed was comfy -Having the kitchen was awesome for breakfast etc, well stocked Cons: -Washer/Dryer (It's a combo machine) was SO loud, tiny and took 3+ hours just for clothes to be damp still. Smelled awful on arrival. -The process for getting housekeeping was odd. It seemed restrictive - we got asked how long we were staying when we requested it. -Suggestion:...

"We loved the unit! Spacious, clean, multiple bathrooms, very comfortable beds, private balcony. Our only issue was checking in, we couldn’t figure out where it was and the check in space parking area is very small, but we were able to get into the gated area very easily. Also the kids had issues setting up their gaming to the tvs. Outside of that, would definitely recommend."

"Stayed 3 nights - our room was to be cleaned after 2 days. Wasn’t ever done. Called that night and someone came up with bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. We gathered up the garbage cans and she emptied them. The room itself was clean upon check-in. The bathroom sink/vanity area is not user friendly at all. Hard to explain the set-up but no room to place much and everything falls out the sides of the metal “stand” that the sink sits in? Shortage of electrical plug ins by the bed...
