"My room was very clean and comfortable and a one minute walk to the center. Owners are so helpful with whatever you need regarding information, suggestions, etc. was given a free breakfast card to use at a local coffee shop, which was good. I enjoyed conversing with the workers there each morning. Definitely recommend this B&B. "

"The set-up for the room was definitely interesting. Right at the front entrance there's a landing area to put your bags and a little coffee counter, and the bathroom. The bedroom was up a very narrow set of circular stairs. The quarters were set up nicely considering the vertical layout, but we found it a bit tight. Going down those stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night would not be ideal if you're not very able bodied. The staff was over the top wonderful, helpful and communicative...

Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. "I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room.
