"La ubicacion del hotel excelente, al lado de Quattro Canti, Via Maqueda, gran variedad de restaurantes y lounges, lugares donde venden souvenirs. El desayuno estaba incluido, rico, fresco y muy completo en general. La atención excelente.
Lo unico que no nos gusto fue que llevabamos mi parena y yo maletas pesadas, y el hotel queda en el segundo y tercer piso y no hay ascensor. De resto, todo muy bien."

"Excellent location right in the heart of the pedestrian zone and right across the street from Teatro Massimo di Palermo. Otherwise, highly recommended!"

"Uniquely charming old Palazzo ideally located within a few minutes walk of many Palermo attractions. Small common area is just outside the rooms, a good place to enjoy tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits, and to meet other guests. Good restaurant suggestions. Room quiet despite busy neighborhood. Older or less able guests need to know that access is possible only via outside staircase, expect no help with bags."

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"This was the most beautiful stay. This was our first time in Sicily and I loved our first stop in Palermo because of Heritage Collection Palermo B&B. The room was exactly as pictured, modern but with the original architecture around it. It was so clean, quiet, and with a perfect balcony in the room to experience Palermo. Roberta was so attentive and the sweetest woman! She was able to arrange proper transportation from airport to the B&B and it was so seamless. She had excellent communication...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Massimo Plaza Hotel. The best aspect was the location across from the Teatro Massimo, which is the third largest opera house in Europe and a meeting place for many local tours. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable near restaurants and markets. Breakfast in the dining room was okay with an assortment of breads, fruit and salami and cheeses. The main downside of the hotel was that the room was dated and worn. Parking is a 5 minute walk on a side street in a...
