"Good location for whatever we’re doing, I have a 4 on cleanliness. It was clean. Although on the second floor you could see they repaired walls, surely sanded and painted and the dust from sanding was left in many areas on the ledge. Sucked when you bumped into and getting dust over your clothes"

"Hotel under construction. Filthy elevators with cardboard covered walls. Stunk like cigarettes, assuming the guys doing Reno’s were smoking in there. Booked a certain room because I’m a light sleeper. They confirmed then upon arrival said too bad the whole floors under construction, why not let a person know then? "

"The room was very nice. Even with it being close to the airport we did not hear any of the planes. The breakfast buffet was very good and had actual food like eggs, potatoes and bacon and not just cereal. The only negative was parking. We usually came back to the hotel later in the night and all of the spots were taken with people parking there from the airport. "

Given that it is a hotel close to the airport and thus used by air travellers, having the breakfast start at 7 on weekends is too late I feel. "We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect as my parents we flying out the next morning and my husband and son were going to Banff. The suite was clean and had everything we needed. It was the smallest living area out of 3 properties we stayed at and not the cheapest. My parent's king room suited them well. "We had a ton of luggage from skiing and were put in a beautiful ground floor room after speaking with reception. The check in agent couldn't have been more helpful in setting up our 4:30 am shuttle trip to the airport. I used the shuttle twice and both times the drivers were very professional and helped with our luggage.
