"My stay at the hotel had a rocky start due to some initial room issues; however, these were promptly and professionally resolved by Michell at the front desk, whose attentiveness and customer service truly stood out. Because of her efforts, my overall experience improved significantly and reflects the level of care the hotel provides.
While I did encounter a minor issue with valet prior to my stay, I want to emphasize that this was an isolated experience and not representative of the valet team...

"I loved that the tv rotated. I loved my corner room. I loved that it was close to shopping and copper hawk winery. Also, the regal movie theater. I loved the shuttle provided. Great location!
Breakfast wasn’t great but it was free. I had orange juice, sausage and hash browns. But they had your typical things just wasn’t great quality."
