"Stayed in a new room as they’re expanding. Clean, convenient, great staff and convenience of an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful. Great spot with great views but about a 5 minute walk including over a pedestrian bridge to get to the main building which includes the restaurant and reception area. Walk is safe, mostly flat with sidewalks but runs parallel to busy street. Scenery is gorgeous!! One person in our party has mobility issues but managed it fine. "

"We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. "Booked this hotel for the first night of our trip on the Bernia express. Located about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station it was an amazing hotel. The room we were allocated was in an outer building which was easy to access. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious with all amenities. The hotel must have had a refurb as you could still smell the new carpets and fresh paint work. The bath was very stylish with everything you could need. If I were visiting Tirano again I would stay...
