"Clean and quite newly renovated. Breakfast was included for me and was good but not too much choice and was exactly the same 3 days in a row. The location is fantastic but the entrance is a little hard to find and you have to go up about 30 steps to the entrance and then up another 10 to the lobby so if you have large heavy bags it is not ideal. I had a room in the front which would normally look out onto the Duomo so very nice except the front facade was undergoing renovations and shrouded in scaffolding and plastic fabric so the view was blocked and workmen were walking on the scaffolding outside the room during the day. This renovation was not mentioned when I booked. "

"The room is good, the breakfast is fine, and the view is fantastic! However, we’re be charged extra €20 due to we arrived late about 9pm. They stated no receptionist after 7pm. Expedia didn’t mention that. We had to pay for that ."
