"Do Not Stay Here: Rundown, Dirty, and Misleading
This property is completely misrepresented online and on Expedia. It is currently a rundown construction zone, which was never disclosed during booking.
The entire place is a mess, and the pool is completely out of commission due to the ongoing construction.
Worse than the construction was the lack of basic cleanliness. The room was filthy—the bed and sheets were disgusting, covered in hair and dirt when we arrived. Do not rely on the internet...

"The hotel is right next to the Fryingpan River. Peaceful sounds of water over rocks, small table and chairs right outside your door to sit at to adsorb the serenity of the location.
The construction noise was minimal on the side by the river. There's a great restaurant next door serving mountain trout. The breakfast was substantial with breakfast burritos and hard boiled eggs, and a variety of breads and and waffles for the carbs."

"I booked this hotel mainly for its location next to the adventure park and pool, which were the biggest selling points for our family.

"The web site said a pool and hot tube and there is not one on site, you have to walk across the street to another Hotel and use theirs - not pleasant.
The web site says " River Front" - It is not - you have to walk across the street and go behind the hotel across the street.
The ceilings must be paper thin, we had to leave a day early due to the stomping around in the room above."

"I loved that the room we got had three queen beds. I liked how nice the breakfast was in the morning and how many tables there were for guests to sit at. But for the price I paid, I didn’t like that my room came without a shower curtain, dirty carpets and fresh blood stains on my pillow. My son’s bed didn’t have a mattress protector and had what looked like a puke stain under the sheet. The cleanliness was pretty upsetting."
