"Difficult to figure out how to get picked up at airport and taken to the hotel only a kilometer away but someone called the hotel for me. It does cost 3 euros fee to get picked up. Otherwise, the hotel is quite good. Breakfast was a charge of 16 euros, which I skipped."

"Very limited choice at breakfast. Room wasn't big enough and so was difficult to find a table at peak times. We had 3 rooms - two rooms were joining rooms. The one room in this only had a bath with a hand held shower so not great. On the last morning, the room with the shower had no water and so could not be used. There was an issue that had been reported the day before with the bathroom light flickering like a disco - nothing had been done. We reported the isuse at check out (the no water was the morning of checkout), reception staff were more interested in getting the city tax than the fact there had been no water. Was not interested at all, didn't apologise. She was more interested in talking to her colleague. On exiting the hotel through the main doors, there was a used condom on the lobby floor. Really not the image we wanted in our heads. Really poor. The used condom, and the lack of interest on the room having no water left a really poor opinion on the hotel."

"Incredible property, located so close to city centre though slightly removed for a convenient though calm stay. Staff were so helpful and attentive. Room was great, simple and clean with essential amenities and luxurious touches. Thank You ! "

"Our stay was absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to all the amazing staff! Perfectly located up the road from Metro and Trams, multiple landmarks within walking distance including the castle, clock and bridge as well as Old Town where there’s a pub or restaurant on every corner. Great buffet breakfast and really friendly, helpful staff on reception, guest services and in the restaurant. Was my wife’s Birthday so we booked the spa for 3 hours. Everything we booked was all setup and waiting for us exactly how it was advertised, even gave her a present waiting in the room on the day. Hotel itself is a nice size and had a lovely courtyard to sit in, in the surprisingly warm sun for the time of year! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, everything about it was perfect so a huge thank you from us!"
