"Hotel was clean well maintained and staff very pleasant. Slight criticisms no body lotion or tissues in the room and the kettle is very difficult to get under the tap to fill."

"Great facilities, very comfortable bedding and shower facilities. Check in was awesome and they provided breakfast in a bag with pastries, fruit, water and snacks as we had to leave early. The staff was super friendly and while Conwy isn’t walkable this is still a great location."
