"Property and location were great. Our room needed maintenance, the shower handle was loose, the hallway outside our room had a bad smell the first night, but it disapated the next day. I would stay here again, but the room just seemed average."

"The staff was extremely helpful while traveling with our young kids. (Ages 3 & 2.) Doors were held, quick check in, assistance with luggage and car seats (3 bags, 2 car seats), and friendly interactions with our kids. The entire facility was clean, professional staff, and overall a great experience. Highly recommend staying here."

"Westin Hotels are always very nice. This one is a little on the older side but still clean,mostly friendly staff & good proximity to LAX. The free shuttle was great & the restaurant downstairs was handy. There was a little airplane & road noise throughout the night but that is sort of expected at airport hotels. Overall it was a comfortable stay & I would most likely stay again!"

"Location is located very close to LAX. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast options were great considering there is no additional charge for breakfast. Please note that it is $30 a day for parking, however it was very convenient because of the in and out privileges and it was covered parking below ground.
