"Just wow. The location and facilities were perfect. The food was delicious, and the staff were some of the friendliest, most service-oriented people I’ve ever encountered. They even had alpacas we could feed—plus kittens and ponchos! This place is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommended."

"It’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re touring the Sacred Valley in the Cusco area, especially for adjusting to the high altitude of Cusco city. The hotel is peaceful, with a garden-like atmosphere that makes it very relaxing. The service is excellent, and the staff are kind, polite, and always ready to help. They can arrange tours and taxi services, which makes exploring the area very convenient.
