"Our shower wouldn’t drain the first day and we were standing in inches of water. The maintenance team did fix it the next day but it’s was an unpleasant experience to start. The toilet seat was also not the right size and was not easy to open. It would pinch your legs and slide around.
We requested towels multiple times and never received any. We needed up snagging them off a housekeeping cart when we saw one.
We had some drinks by the pool, which was nice, but we couldn’t charge it to the...
