"I stayed at Edenia Hotel and Nature with my two kids and we had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, very well designed, and the decor is stunning. The panoramic views of Lake Argentino were breathtaking, especially during breakfast. The restaurant food was fantastic and every staff member we met was kind and ready to help. "Omg what a dump! On the surface it's good, but once you get to the room 😱 Our first "suite" on the upper floor smelled of poop. Had a hot tub coz we paid extra. Bathroom door stops halfway coz the toilet is right there! No hand towel bar or hook, no hook on the dilapidated door. Bed was ancient. The decor was ghastly from the 1960s. When we tried to fill the hot tub, it kept draining. The jerk receptionist checked and found the stopper wasn't there. No instructions given even when we asked....
