We had free drinks per day with our booking yet was not told about them when checked in. When we queried it they were very evasive like it was a problem. We got them but it wasnt a welcoming experience. Had dinner at the hotel one night, average and again not the best service. For the quality and price of the hotel I would have expected far kinder and nicer service from the staff. Disappointing "

"The location was great and the vibe was mountain chic, with comfy common areas and even heated floors in our room. We were only there for one night, so can’t really say much more. It’s a very tourist/trekker friendly town, so prices are higher and this hostel followed suit. For a short stay, it was lovely but pricey."

On a street littered with same-same backpacker joints, this restaurant has a real chef and grows its own vegetables. Because it’s not on the main drag it’s easy to walk into even when other places have a wait. In my experience it’s the best in town. "
