"Accueil du personnel médiocre à l’arrivée comme au départ. Résidence impossible à joindre par téléphone. L’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée 2 fois en pleine nuit et lors du départ lorsque nous l’avons signalé, pas une excuse du personnel, juste « moi je dors pas là ». Inadmissible !"
