"To get any in-person assistance you have to go to the hotel next door. The self check in machine is ok, but if you book through a third party site it won’t register and will have you pay the stay again. Thankfully the staff understood and was able to accommodate me."

"Excellent location. Walkable to tons of the places that make the Gothic quarter special. Very reasonable walk to the waterfront as well. There is a lively plaza behind the hotel with some kind of band that played most nights but they were quiet by a little after ten and besides them you really couldn’t hear much noise from outside at all as the windows and walls are very well sound proofed. "Très bien situé sur la Rambla, très très propre, le personnel à la réception étaient d'une grande gentillesse . Le seul point négatif était relié aux travaux tout le long de la Rambla ce qui a empêché la navette de nous conduire à notre appartement, nous avons dû marcher pendant 10 minutes avec nos valises sur un sol inégal. Aussi, il n'y avait pas d'attractions comparativement à la dernière fois où j'y était allée. On ne peut cependant blâmer les propriétaires puisqu'il ne sont pas...

Il a plu pendant notre séjour plusieurs jours donc impossible de faire sécher les vêtements efficacement après le lavage à l'extérieur. L'accès par l'application est vraiment intéressant. "
