The hotel manager was very kind enough to bring up himself to the room my wife's lost bag which was eventually found but the concierge was not very helpful when she first reported about it. "Loved the quality of the venue. It was near shops and cafes. Beach clubs close by. I stayed for a week to attend a conference. Beautiful atmosphere. Everyone was helpful. Loved the breakfasts and how I was treated like a family friend not a guest. Definitely a great place to stay"

I'm only 6'3" but couldn't sit straight on the toilet. The hotel has plenty of facilities, but beware that you'll have to pay for almost all of them.
