Sunny lovely stay

It’s a lovely hotel with a lovely staff all very young and friendly. Definitely worth the money it’s huge value. It’s very family friendly and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing retreat. Only thing is better to have a car for this part of the region, but if you have a car you can be very fast anywhere of interest

Five days in beautiful Cesme, Turkey.

We both had a excellent stay which was made even more delightful by the very professional and friendly staff who dealt with any requirements we requested it was also evident that the management made every effort in delivering a clean efficient hotel, we have been fortunate in life to travel to many countries and have stayed in many hotels and l will without any reservations recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The place is very nice. Staff are helpful and cooperative. There were little fixes needed in our bathroom that we were promised will be done. But everything else is good and the swimming pool is nice. Breakfast is delicious as well.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Cost

We stayed for 2 nights and paid 22,000 TL for 2 rooms, expecting a premium experience. Instead, it was a nightmare. We booked rooms with balconies and garden views—only one matched. The other had no view or balcony. Staff refused proper compensation until repeated requests, offering just a 1000 TL discount for both rooms. Electricity kept cutting off. One room’s door wouldn’t lock, raising safety concerns. After initially expressing dissatisfaction, we later confirmed we would stay. Despite this, the manager kicked us out the next morning, claiming the rooms were given to someone else — without even informing us. During the argument, the manager insulted us by accusing us of taking too many complimentary water bottles, which were provided as part of the breakfast included with our stay. It was a petty, baseless accusation during an already stressful moment — completely unprofessional and demeaning. They shifted us to Çeşme Sarum Hotel, which was worse: • No running water for over 5 hours • ACs not working in the summer heat • Staff refused to refund us so we could leave • Only after fighting at 1 AM were we moved to new rooms • Next morning, water cut off mid-shower, my cousin had to rinse with pool water • Room doors didn’t lock — we felt unsafe This trip was ruined. The complete lack of respect, hospitality, and professionalism was appalling. Avoid this hotel and Sarum Hotel. Not worth your time, money, or dignity.

Gayet memnun kaldık, resepsiyondaki çalışanlar güleryüzlü ilgili kişilerdi, odalarda ihtiyacınız olacak her şey mevcuttu, havuzlar büyük ve temizdi, ilk gün girdiğimiz odada ufak bir problem yaşadıktan sonra danışmadaki Deniz beyden farklı oda için yardımcı olmasını istedim, gayet anlayışla karşıladı,hemen başka odaya geçtik,her kahvaltıda yanımıza güler yüzle gelip nasılsınız bir ihtiyacınız varmı diye soruldu, kendimizi özel hissettirdi, oda konusunda da temizlik ihtiyacı olduğunda hemen yardımcı oldular, memnun kaldık. Otel Sahibi beye, İnci hanım a Mine hanıma hepsine ilgileri için teşekkürler.

Ich wittere Betrug, denn zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung sind auf der Homepage und bei Expedia Bilder vom Badesteg hinterlegt, obwohl das Hotel keinen Zugang zum Meer hat. Ein riesen Minus. Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen. Umgebung zu Fuß erkunden macht keinen Spaß. Liegen sind morgens nicht aufgeräumt, sehr hellhörige Zimmer, das Frühstück ist lecker, und gerade ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene, aber vordefiniert und erst ab 9 Uhr. Man hat keine Möglichkeiten zu wählen, was man bekommt. Kaffee zum Frühstück kostet extra und ist nur Instankaffee.

Il s agit d un petit hotel tres propre, équipé de belles piscines. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie tres confortable. Vous disposez aussi d une terrasse pour chaque chambre. Le petit dejeuner turc est bon meme s il faut souvent attendre avant d etre servis. Les points negatifs sont le fait que le personnel ne parle que le turc. L hotel est aussi excentré dans une zone pas tres jolie. Enfin les voitures stationnement dans la rue.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel, und auch das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel keinen Aufzug hat, was für Gäste mit viel Gepäck oder Mobilitätseinschränkungen problematisch sein könnte. Zudem ist die Straße vor dem Hotel in einem schlechten Zustand und gleicht eher einer Offroad-Strecke. Das könnte für manche Reisende unangenehm sein. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Erfahrung, besonders durch den großartigen Service!

Eigentlich eine schöne Anlage. Es müssten mehrere Reparaturen im Bereich der Poolumgebung gemacht werden. Die Badeinrichtung ist teils diletantisch angebracht. Handtuchhalter trotz Reklamation werden nur angesteckt aber nicht befestigt. Es herrscht in den Bädern immer ein muffiger Geruch.
