"The hotel was centrally located and the proprietors -- Luisa and Giuseppe -- were absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to help us in any way they could -- from reataurant recommendations to finding us drivers from Florence airport to their hotel and then from Montepulciano to Naples. "Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. May go back to Orvieto just to stay here again (we only were in town one night this trip). "
