"Que des chaînes espagnols pas de YouTube ni Netflix, chambre poussiéreuse, presque personne ne parle anglais dans un hôtel.. Porte du balcon qui ne ferme pas. Bruit d’une lumière dans le halle devant notre porte qui clignoter et fesait du bruit toute la nuit. Suite à plus de 200€ la nuit je rapel, ..."

"Il n'y a pas de réception et je ne savais pas à qui parler. La porte était fermée et je suis un quart d'heure dehors devant l'adresse indiquée. Il a fallu qu'une dame sorte de l'immeuble et m'emmène à la réception de l'hotel 200 m plus loin pour que je puisse avoir la clé et revenir à l'immeuble. ..."
