"The description of the hotel and area were very misleading. The hotel is in a business district and due to the Easter/ Holy week holidays nothing in the area was open. the hotel was deserted and I may have been the only guest. No restaurant, no breakfast at hotel or near by, essentially a ghost town. I sadly prepaid for 5 nights. When I checked out after one night there was no accommodation for a partial refund. "The hotel is superb and the staff is attentive and friendly. I would suggest improving the quality and speed of the breakfast buffet and à la carte, there’s a lot on display, however not much that really speaks Peruvian, and waiting time for an omelette is at least thirty minutes on a not very busy day. Same with the restaurant, one would expect a better quality. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend nonetheless."

"Fabulous hotel! Well placed for exploring Milaflores, this hotel was an excellent first stop on our tour of Peru. Lovely fresh and bright common parts, wonderful breakfast (don’t miss the French toast!) and amazing staff who could not have been more helpful and friendly. We ate at the Kimo restaurant on 17th floor and had an excellent meal, with food that was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this hotel."
