The only reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool as it was a gift to my grandchildren. The fact that it was marketed as an amenity then not even available is unacceptable. Marriott knew the pool was not ready yet let people think they had a functioning pool. There were others in the area. We’ve used Suites to Home before with a lot of satisfaction. "I’ve stayed in Hiltons as an Honors member for many years. This particular Hilton does not meet the high standards of the other Hiltons where I have stayed. The elevators need replacement, as they are VERY slow.The toilet paper dispenser in my room was hanging crookedly so the roll kept sliding off. The oddly-placed hand sanitizer station in the middle of the hallway of my floor was broken and hanging by a thread. Hopefully, the hotel will fix these items and also embark on some major...
