"We liked the room and bathroom! They were nice and clean and had plenty of supplies we needed. The food was good because we had several places within the hotel to get food to eat. The staff was very helpful and the parking was very good and safe for car. This was a GREAT place for us to stay!"

"My room was clean and bathroom was updated. The walls and furniture definitely show the hotels age. I could not find a room service menu, called front desk from a pretty broken up phone, and was told I had to come to front desk to pick up. I requested to have it brought to me, which they did in a timely fashion. Big draw back though was paying $21 for their parking garage. Should be free for guests."

"Pleasant stay for my little family and I during a one night stay. Everything was clean in the room. They should definitely consider upgrading their pool area and adding more seating options to the lobby so people can sit for breakfast. I scored lower because of that. "It really was a great experience but at the very end, right after checking out, while we were waiting inside the shuttle to bring us back to the airport, there was what I assume was a homeless/drug/alcohol guy shouting obscenities at us while he was sitting right outside the front door (I actually thought he might have been a guest at first). They should know about these things and take action about them hanging around. Never felt unsecure there even though. Lousy way to end a great stay."

"I was disappointed with my experience. I paid for my room from earlier in the afternoon, only to get off a two-hour delayed flight, wait another 30 minutes for the shuttle, and then arrive at the hotel to find out that it was fully booked despite my confirmed reservation.
I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes while arrangements were made to relocate me to another hotel. Although the staff was helpful, professional, and did their best to assist, and the hotel itself was clean, the situation...
