"Virkelig et dejligt hotel med det venligste og mest hjælpsomme personale - både i reception og den tilknyttede restaurant. Virkelig gode faciliteter og en fin beliggenhed tæt ved stranden. Hotellet ligger lidt i udkanten af byen, hvilket er perfekt hvis man foretrækker ro. "

Sprachkenntnisse und Qualifikation des Personals - ich spreche fließend Russisch und Englisch, trotzdem hatten die Mitarbeiter oftmals Verständnisprobleme.
Housekeeping - an sich gut, aber grundsätzlich nur nach 15 Uhr, es sei denn, man bestellt dies extra an der Rezeption.
