"Staff were friendly and helpful. Although my breakfast was included I never had it as if finishes 9.30 am and I eat after 10am. Had to ask just for a spare sheet as I don't use duvets. My pillowcases was mismatched white sheets cream pillowcase looked dirty because of colour difference but exchanged no problem. Didn't use pool as too many kids. Walls are paper thin so could hear lots of noise and doors banging. Ideal for adults with kids wouldn't recommend for single women room was very small, and the walk through park was fine in day but not the evening. Overall pleasant stay just not for me im afraid."

"We arrived and the check-in process was quick, as there were no queues. The room size was reasonable; however, there were only two drawers and no wardrobe just a small rail to hang stuff on which was somewhat inconvenient. Breakfast was decent, but there were no staff readily available. As the hotel was quite full, this led to some difficulty in finding a table to sit at."

"It's an older hotel with some grand features, but the outside is a little run down, but don't be put off, because the location and views are amazing. The room was comfortable, big and clean. We were there on a warm day( 27°C) and our room was in the roof, on the 5th floor, these rooms could definitely benefit from air conditioning as the fans were just moving warm air around. There is a kettle, mini fridge and a coffee pod machine in the room and you can ask for extra tea/coffee, water and milk from the friendly front desk staff. The safe was very small, just big enough for a mobile phone and a purse. The free breakfast was delicious, and the staff were excellent, you do have to pay extra for a specialist coffee, but I enjoyed the free tea and coffee. It could be improved with some fresh fruits, but good breakfast overall"
